“The journey is the reward.”
Kinsol Trestle Bridge Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada
The wooden railway is 614 ft. in length and stands 145 ft. above the Koksilah River.
It’s the largest and one of the tallest free-standing timber trestle structures in the world.
Beautiful view of the island from the bridge.
Koksilah River flowing under the bridge.
Leaves are large in this forest. Kinsol Trestle is a five hour road and ferry trip from Seattle. Visit Vancouver Island if you’re in the area!
